We are making two big changes!  We have grown tremendously but with that growth we have had to make some tough decisions.  The first change is that we will no longer be open on Wednesdays starting September 1st for the remainder of the 2021 season.  The second change is that breakfast will be only for lodge guests.

Breakfast For Lodge Guests Only

We will still provide breakfast for our lodge guests, but we will not provide a sit down service.  Fresh ground coffee from Soulful Cup is complimentary for all hotel guests.  We will also provide fresh baked pastries including coffee cake, muffins, scones, and croissants.  Additionally we will have fruit juice and tea.

No More Wednesdays

Beginning September 1st, SAPALTA will be closed Wednesdays for the remainder of the season. Historically Wednesdays have been our slowest day.  We felt closing Wednesdays would be the best way to keep up with growing demand and give our staff the rest they need.  We will continue to be open the rest of the week and will be open later some nights.  OpenTable has been updated to reflect these changes.

Why Change?

There are two driving factors.  First, dinner is getting so popular that we are running out of space in our refrigerator and freezer.  Second, like so many other businesses, we are facing labor shortages.  We have a great team and they are working really hard to keep up with this growing restaurant, but we felt this small adjustment will give the team the rest they need.
