Starting September, Sapalta will not be open Wednesday

We have decided that to maintain the level of quality you expect and we want to provide, we need to move to a new 6 day schedule instead of daily dinner service.  Starting in September we will no longer be opened on Wednesday.  We have updated OpenTable, this website and will start updating other online profiles to reflect this change as we get a bit closer to September.  The good news is we are going to also experiment with opening one hour later the other nights.  Hope to see you soon.  Cheers!
